- Socks are required for children and adults in the playground.
- Regular playground arrival times run every half hour and do not limit how long you may stay.
- All online sales are final. A full refund requires a cancellation email at least four days in advance.
- Your billing postal code must match the postal code connected to your credit card.

Does our arrival time limit our playground visit?
No. It helps organize check-in and is not a departure time. Regular-play guests may stay and enjoy the playground after arriving.
Which child ticket should I select?
Select Toddler Admission for children age 3 and under. Select Child Admission for children over age 3.
When do I need an extra-adult ticket?
Each family group may bring two adults at no charge. Purchase one Extra Adult ticket for each additional adult entering.
How does Sky Trekking booking work?
Sky Trekking must be booked in advance. Weekend sessions can be booked online; call about weekday availability. Children must be able to reach 65 inches or be accompanied by an adult.
Can I use regular admission for a birthday gathering?
No. Cakes, gifts and decorations are reserved for booked party packages. Visit the birthday page to plan a party with reserved seating.
