Food, drinks and balloon packages are available, but they are entirely your choice.
Confirm your details
Our Birthday Manager contacts you approximately five days before the party to confirm the final count and needs.

Do supervising adults pay?
No. Party pricing is for the children. Because general seating is limited, we ask families to keep attendance to approximately one supervising adult per child.
Is seating reserved for adults?
The assigned party tables are reserved for participating children. Seating for supervising adults is available in the general seating area, subject to availability.
Can we bring outside food?
You may bring a cake or cupcakes and one fruit or vegetable tray. Other outside food and drinks are not permitted. Ice cream cake is not recommended because freezer space cannot be guaranteed.
Can we decorate?
Decorations must stay on the tabletop. Nothing may be attached to walls or windows, and noise-making favours should be handed out as guests leave.
What should everyone bring?
Socks are mandatory for children and adults entering the playground. Socks are available for purchase if anyone forgets.
Can we add food or accommodate an allergy?
Food and beverage add-ons are available in the booking system. Please discuss allergies or special arrangements with our Birthday Manager before the party.
Why might the booking screen show a different first amount?
The booking system may initially display the pre-tax base price. The complete price for six children is $186 Monday–Thursday or $210 Friday–Sunday, including tax.

Yes. Call 905-697-3530 ext. 1, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
When should we arrive?
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Contact us at least 24 hours before the party if your confirmed details change.
