Do we need to book before visiting?
No. Walk-ins are welcome. Booking an arrival time online can make check-in faster.
What should everyone wear?
Socks are mandatory for children and adults in the playground. Indoor shoes are required for Sky Trekking.
Can we bring food or celebrate a birthday during regular play?
Outside food, cakes, gifts and decorations are only permitted with an official party booking. Birthday celebrations must use a party package.
Do we need a waiver?
A waiver is required for applicable climbing and Sky Trekking activities. It can be completed online before arrival.
